How do I show the urgency bar on product pages?

Open your theme customizer, go to a product template, add the app block named Urgency Bar, and place it where you want it to appear. You only need to do this once per theme.


Why is the urgency bar not visible for some products?

Check whether product inventory matches one of your active conditions, and confirm inventory tracking behavior in Global Settings. If untracked products are set to Hide, the bar will not render.


What is the difference between Global Conditions and Product Overrides?

Global Conditions apply store-wide. Product Overrides let you customize thresholds, messaging, or behavior for specific products without affecting the global defaults.


Can I switch between monthly and yearly plans anytime?

Yes. You can switch plans from the Billing page and cancel your current subscription at any time from the same screen.


How do I customize text style and colors?

Use Global Settings to choose default font family, weight, alignment, size, and text color. Product-level rules can still override these defaults when needed.


How long does it take for changes to apply?

Changes are saved immediately in your app data and typically appear on storefront pages right away. Refresh the storefront product page if you do not see updates instantly.
